A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. At Hogarth Sea Containers we have in-house post production facilities working on anything from a large scale TVC productions and mid-level content pieces, to sizzle reels etc, so from time to time you may look after post focused jobs, although primary production will be the main focus.

Your role will be versatile, diverse and embrace all areas of integrated production.

The Role:

Hogarth is seeking an Editor with a strong technical background to work within our busy post-production department. The ideal candidate will have an advanced working knowledge of Premier and AFX.

Primary duties will be the finishing of moving image which range from TVC's - UK and international markets, content work, social assets, pitch work, mood films, sizzle reels, case studies etc.

An understanding of the Post-Production process and maintaining an efficient and cost effective service to the client is key

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as an Editor in post production industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Premier / AFX and broadcast technical QC process
  • Competence in media management and archiving of projects
  • Excellent time management skills & multi-tasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-presented and polite
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • The ability to form good working relationships with post producers and operators
  • General "can-do" service attitude
