A Master's degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. All base qualifications must be in Construction Management or Building or Quantity Surveying
At least 2 years relevant teaching experience in higher education or 2 years industrial experience in the Built Environment.
Registration with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions or the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession is recommended.

Conducting research and postgraduate supervision,
Participation in SACPCMP and SACQSP professional body accreditation,
