Brand Engineering SA is looking for a

hands-on Economic Development Assistant

to support our

Project Administrator

on the Economic Development (ED) side across our projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Strong administrative and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Creative, "out-of-the-box" thinker with solid problem-solving skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative Strong computer and technical skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Ability to organise documents and maintain trackers accurately

What We're Looking For

A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks Someone detail-oriented with a structured way of working Comfortable supporting ED documentation, tracking, and reporting Able to work well with site teams and head office support staff

Contract Duration:

6 months (Maternity Cover)

Fully Office Based

Working Hours

: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
