Job Title:

Sales Representative - eCommerce Payment Gateway

Job Purpose:

To drive sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling the company's eCommerce payment gateway solutions to merchants, SMEs, and enterprise clients. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless onboarding to the payment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and target potential merchants and businesses requiring online payment solutions. Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners. Provide consultative support to clients on payment gateway integration and optimization.

Market Research & Lead Generation

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.

Technical Coordination

Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of payment gateway solutions. Assist clients with onboarding and troubleshooting during implementation.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Performance Metrics:

Number of new merchants acquired. Revenue generated from payment gateway transactions Customer satisfaction and retention rates

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to R25000,00 per month
