Job Description

Established Shopify agency seeking a project manager with strong attention to detail to manage projects / team members; ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

This position is 100% remote, requires zero in office presence, and is open to candidates within South Africa who are able to work EST hours.

Your responsibilities in the position would be:

Managing the project full project cycle from an inception to completion, breaking down major deliverables and ensuring they are completed on time. Leading team standups/checkins. Receiving and clarifying client feature requests, revision requests, change requests, and miscellaneous inquiries related to their Shopify project/marketing campaigns; Assigning requests to team members (designers, developers, marketing team); Managing timelines for projects and requests to ensure deliverables are completed on time; Maintaining and creating new SOPs for best practices & service offerings.
The ideal candidate has the following experience:

3+ years of people/project management experience managing web related project delivery. 1+ years of digital agency experience A good understanding of Shopify - Apps, themes, settings, etc A good understanding of digital marketing strategies - SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads
