About the Role
We're hiring an E-Commerce & Operations Manager to support a luxury beauty and production client with flagship studio locations in Beverly Hills and NYC, as well as a growing e-commerce product line under their brand. You'll be responsible for managing studio coordination, inventory oversight, e-commerce fulfillment, and vendor operations while acting as a central hub across teams in LA, NYC, and Cape Town.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments -- blending logistics, systems thinking, creative collaboration, and white-glove service.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations across two studio locations, including scheduling, workspace readiness, staff coordination, and client appointments
Manage internal and freelance team workflows across multiple time zones (CPT, LA, NYC)
Own the full order lifecycle for both custom and ready-made products -- from inventory tracking and fulfillment to on-time delivery for on-set and professional clients
Coordinate closely with stylists, assistants, and high-touch clients to ensure smooth communication and exceptional service
Maintain vendor and supplier relationships to manage restocking, timelines, and product availability
Monitor inventory levels, order volume, and sales trends; generate reports and forecast demand for leadership
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams on product launches, packaging updates, and order experience improvements
Identify and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction
Support administrative tasks such as invoicing, payroll coordination, vendor payments, and team scheduling
Maintain operational documentation and manage systems across Shopify, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Slack
