:

Responsibilities:

  • Drive acquisition of target consumer across all digital channels according to the business KPIs set for the fiscal.
  • Responsible for all eCommerce activity for @home (and key brands within @home stable) on Bash in relation to turnover, campaign & promotion launches, new product launches, conversion, targeted traffic, storefronts, product enrichment and reporting; and drive annual targets.
  • Oversee the operational elements of the eCommerce store along with key stakeholders, such as logistics, online & stock availability, customer care, and technology (technical issues etc.)
  • Management, enrichment & reporting of the @home Branded Website.
  • Support the overarching brand marketing and merch strategies with sound digital Go-To-Market strategies & amplification.
  • Create & execute the Digital CRM Strategy alongside the @home Marketing Manager
  • Create a comprehensive comms and social media strategy, alongside the @home Content Team, to increase reach, number of targeted followers, engagement, and ultimately to drive revenue across @home stable of key brands.
  • Research market to discover new trends and technologies (AI etc.) to improve & create efficiencies across content production and website performance.
  • Custodian of digital & eCommerce best practise amongst the eCom & Marketing Teams.
  • Act as key point of contact with Bash to ensure clear lines of communication and alignment with @home trading division.
  • Drive Online availability above 90%.
  • Provide leadership and targets for the following:
  • Site maintenance - product.
  • Site marketing - loading of site skins, promos, site content (static pages).
  • Customer journey UX, CX.
  • Working closely with the following teams:
  • Planners for allocations, volume planning, promotions and revenue generation.
  • Marketing teams for site aesthetics, content, campaigns, brand equity & all design briefs.
  • Bash design team for any additional campaigns.
  • Operations teams to assist us with OneStock & Click and Collect.
  • Bash Studio to get product shot.
  • Labs team's requirements in terms of data requirements.
  • Customer services call centre teams for customer coms and issues.
  • Bash Fulfilment team for OTD from stock management and regional fulfilment of full price & aged stock perspective.
  • Paid media in conjunction with the marketing & Bash.com team.
  • Managing multiple cost centres and budgets alongside finance for projections, budget management loading of invoices.
  • Monthly management & REXCO reporting for all brands.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant degree or diploma
  • 5 years proven track record in a high performing e-commerce environment
  • Experience in marketing, planning, merchandising, operations logistics
Skills:
  • Strong commercial acumen trader approach to e-commerce
  • Be a strong coach mentor, driving a high-performance culture
  • Ability to plan, launch & track campaigns across web, social, SMS email
  • Be able to plan your time effectively efficiently work well under pressure across multiple brands and their leadership teams.
  • Strong verbal written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse report back effectively
  • Proficient in e-commerce monitoring & tracking platforms - to allow for effective planning implementation
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of dealing with managing a digital marketing agency
  • Keep abreast of competitor activity, market trends, best practice
  • Be customer-centric and proactive
