Job Description
An established company is seeking a skilled E-Commerce & Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract based in Mount Edgecombe.
The ideal candidate will manage e-commerce and retail brand platforms, oversee stock ordering, inventory control, and stock management.
Requirements:
- Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence.
- Proven experience in stock control and stock management.
- Accounts experience within manufacturing or retail industries.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience in administration systems implementation and controls.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with both customers and suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Pastel.
- Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Takealot, Makro, and other retail partner sites.
- Oversee stock ordering, control, and accurate management of inventory levels.
- Monitor and update product availability across all platforms to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Handle administrative functions related to invoicing, including preparation, processing, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with customers via email, phone, and platform messaging to address queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
