Job Summary



Studio 88, one of the largest retailer of Branded Clothing and Footwear in Southern Africa, is seeking a dedicated and proficient is seeking an E-commerce Administrator with the primary focus to ensure all websites are up-to-date with product images and pricing at all times. The E-commerce Administrator will be responsible to source, edit, upload, maintain and manage all product retailed in the various Chains.

Responsibilities



Communicate and Liaise with:

The Brand Managers and E-commerce Department to ensure Group alignment Logistics and Customer Service Teams.
Manage:

Assist with Image renaming and editing Product enrichment All pricing is up-to-date All codes and product descriptions are correct Images on the share drive are in the relevant folder
Other

Ensure optimization and naming of product is correct Process customer refunds and exchanges efficiently and accurately Conduct regular website audits Be an active E-commerce Team member where knowledge, skills and abilities are share if need be
Programs

Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excel Intermediate to Advanced Magento or similar E-commerce platforms POS Qlik Sense

Minimum Qualifications and Experience



Grade 12 - Senior Certificate. Tertiary qualification in a related field would be advantageous 2-3 years of proven experience in E-commerce systems administration, preferably within a high-volume retail environment. Proficiency in E-commerce platforms such as Magento

Skills required



Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and related technologies Knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML and CSS Experience in digital marketing and SEO optimization Understanding of customer segmentation, user experience and usability Ability to troubleshoot technical issues Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop reports Working knowledge of payment gateways and payment processing systems Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to E-commerce
