Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced East African Luxury Travel Consultant to join our growing team. This role is 100% client and lodge-focused, meaning you will work directly with high-net-worth clients to design their dream trips and coordinate directly with lodges and camps--there is no B2B sales involved.
You will be responsible for crafting personalized itineraries, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with the lodges to deliver unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and sell bespoke luxury safari and travel experiences in East Africa.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
  • Liaise directly with lodges, camps, and local partners to ensure flawless travel arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service throughout the travel process.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and travel regulations.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant, preferably specializing in East Africa.
  • In-depth knowledge of East African destinations, lodges, camps, safaris, and experiences.
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on direct-to-client luxury travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for travel, wildlife, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
Desirable:
  • Multilingual skills are a plus (French, German, or Spanish).
  • Experience with luxury travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
