The Early Childhood Development (ECD) Practitioner will implement all curriculum lesson plans, manage the classroom and attend to all ECD administration work.
Responsibilities

Programme Implementation:
Organize weekly teaching plan according to the curriculum lesson plan.
Request age appropriate resources to support the lesson plan.
Conduct daily teaching according to the curriculum lesson plan.
Identify children with learning barriers and escalate to the Principal.
Administration:
Attend staff meeting as per the invite from the Principal.
Attend parents' meetings as per the invite.
Attend all internal workshops.
Accept and guide the beneficiaries.
Report monthly on beneficiaries' performance and programme's progress.
Support excursions by informing parents of all requirements.
Capture daily attendance registers of the learners.
Classroom Management:
Store learning and teaching support material safely at all times.
Set-up the learning environment according to the age groups.
Manage learner behaviour appropriately.
Maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
Educate learners on health and safety protocols to follow.
Handle emergency situations with care.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work under pressure.
Multi task.
Prioritize workload.
Meet deadlines.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Accountability.
Fluent in at least two languages.
