Job Summary Job Title: Early Childhood Caregiver Facilitator Company: Hundzuka (Pty) Ltd - Hundzuka Education Location: Elim, Limpopo, South Africa Job Type: Full-time, Open Vacancy Salary: 40% p/m About the Program: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified South African Facilitator to lead our Early Childhood Caregiver (ECC) Skills Programme. This program, approved by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), is designed to provide entry-level training for individuals working or aspiring to work as childcare assistants in various Early Childhood Development (ECD) contexts. The program aims to equip learners with the essential skills and knowledge to promote the holistic development and well-being of babies, toddlers, and young children. Key Responsibilities of the Facilitator: As the primary instructor, you will be responsible for: o Delivering Training: Facilitating both knowledge and application components of the Early Childhood Caregiver skills program. This includes: o Application of child development principles within a Child Rights Framework. o Preparing suitable playing environments for babies, toddlers, and young children. o Implementing quality interactive care giving services for babies, toddlers, and young children. o Assessment Requirements: o Must have an NQF Level 4 qualification in Early Childhood Development or equivalent. o A minimum of three (3) years of practical working experience in Early Childhood Development. o Facilitator registration.
