About Us

You'll join a friendly, professional team where enthusiasm and curiosity matter just as much as experience. Based in our Johannesburg office, you'll support one of our UK businesses, working closely with UK teams and gaining hands-on exposure to a range of clients; preparing accounts, supporting audits, and learning from real work from day one.###

The Programme

You'll join a training contract, combining practical client experience with professional study towards your

ACCA qualification

.



As part of the Sumer Academy, our early careers development programme, you'll join a group-wide trainee cohort from across our locations, training together through a blend of virtual, online and in-person learning focused on building both your technical skills and the soft skills that will help you thrive in your future career.

What we're looking for:

You should have a strong academic record and be on track to complete a

B.Com Honours in Accounting or Finance

.



You'll also be:An

The final stage is our in-person assessment centre, the dates of these are the

15th or 16th of January 2026

in our
