Job description
Provide hands-on support for our daily operations on the Dynamics 365 Business Central system, ensuring its full functionality and reliability.
Design, develop, and test system fixes and enhancements requested by users. This includes customizing objects like tables, forms, reports, and EDTs.
Build and improve integrations with other cloud applications and streamline process flows. You'll also use Dynamics 365 data to create custom Power BI reports and enhance our data warehouse.
Lead efforts to optimize the ERP system, focusing on improving performance, enhancing business processes, and finding opportunities for cost-saving and increased productivity.
Work with global teams, including our partners in various countries, to manage project scope, quality, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Draft and review business process documents, user manuals, and functional design specifications.
Work with departments to improve system processes and user efficiency.
Assist in new feature implementation and ensure data protection compliance. Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee day-to-day administration and management of Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and services. Provide user support and ensure proper configuration and access control across all platforms.
Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate the IT aspects of onboarding and offboarding. This includes provisioning and deactivating user accounts in Business Central.
Prepare Audit Reports from Business Central including Privileged User Access Reviews, User Reviews etc.
Creation and maintenance of master data in Microsoft 365 Business Central
Reporting and Data Analysis:

Minimum requirements
National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 (required)
Minimum Diploma or Degree in IT.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365, including system configuration, user role design, and module deployment.
Strong knowledge in SSRS report development, Power BI, Power Query and/or Power Automate.
In charge of troubleshooting issues, solving complex problems, and creating technical documents.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will require to work with users who are non-IT technical background
