This role is highly confidential and best suited to a vibrant, energetic couple ready to take ownership of a dynamic lodge environment.DescriptionOur client, a high-end lodge located in a scenic and remote part of Limpopo, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Couple to oversee all aspects of the lodges operations. Recently opened, the property offers unique experiences for discerning guests seeking a blend of luxury, adventure, and authenticity. The team is young and energetic, and the ideal couple will bring both experience and drive to lead, support, and grow with the team.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all departments including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
• Foster a positive team culture through active leadership and mentorship
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and a hands-on approach
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and daily financial reporting
• Liaise with head office on operational, marketing, and guest service initiatives
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and sustainability

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as a Management Couple in a lodge or boutique hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to service excellence
• Confident managing teams and supporting staff development
• Experience with lodge administration, reservations, and stock control
• Comfortable living and working in a remote location
• Fluent in English
• No dependents or children
• Valid drivers licenses for both partners
