Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by overseeing front-of-house operations.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Greet and engage with guests to ensure an enjoyable and personalized experience.
Staff Management:
Lead, train, and inspire a team of guides and front-of-house staff.
Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support and feedback.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Daily Operations:
Oversee and coordinate guest activities, including game drives, guided tours, and excursions.
Support restaurant operations, including guest greeting, seating, and ensuring high standards of waiter service.
Train front-of-house personnel in food and beverage service standards.
Resource Management:
Manage daily use of vehicles, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor operational readiness and maintenance of essential resources.
Health & Safety:
Uphold and enforce safety protocols for both guests and staff.
Promote a safe and secure environment across all operations.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or tourism
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
First Aid and CPR certification (advantageous)
Resilience and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
