Understanding of all lodge management best practices and relevant laws Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS) Proficiency in English, Solid written and verbal communication skills Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance Ability to work flexible hours Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Degree / Diploma in hospitality is advantageous Description Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional, and high-class guest service experiences, ensure ultimate guests' relations in the lodge Meet, Greet & Host guests, making them feel at home Informing guests about lodge facilities and offerings Coordinating check-ins and check-outs Overseeing of lodge employees Maintain housekeeping standards in lodge and coordinating Room preparation Report and Follow up Maintenance concerns Control, management and administration of stock through systems and procedures Handling complaints as they arise, resolve complaints, and then follow up to make sure everything's back on track Ensuring guests have a pleasant experience Take care of guests with special needs, responding to guests' needs and anticipating their unstated ones Communication - responsible for maintaining open lines of communication between staff and guests Package on offer Market related, depending on experience Single accommodation Starting Date: ASAP
