Role Overview: As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing guest arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries, all while maintaining a keen awareness of the property's operations. You will also be ready to lend a hand to other departments as required. Guiding and nurturing the team's development through structured responsibilities will be pivotal. Stay informed about daily events and brief colleagues on VIPs, site inspections, functions, and pertinent daily information. Manage the guest relations team and night auditors, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service for all guests. Excel in customer service and impart the same level of excellence to staff through effective training.
