Be part of a passionate team creating magic for every guest Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept): * Be the Manager-on-Duty, keeping daily operations running smoothly * Welcome guests, oversee departures, and ensure their stay is flawless * Coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, guiding, and maintenance teams * Handle feedback, concerns, and any unexpected curveballs with professionalism * Maintain lodge standards - cleanliness, presentation, and top-notch service * Report operational matters and handovers to management * Support staff development and maintain team morale * Assist in planning and executing special guest experiences or events * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and lodge policies Requirements & Skills: * Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality or safari lodge operations * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Passion for guest service and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Basic knowledge of lodge operations (housekeeping, guiding, kitchen, maintenance) * Valid driver's licence is preferred Who They're Looking For: A natural leader with a love for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to keep calm in a safari setting.
