Operational Oversight

Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of senior management

Conduct property checks to monitor housekeeping, public areas, and maintenance standards

Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and arrivals/departures are smooth

Coordinate with Food & Beverage to maintain service standards

Ensure accurate guest profiles and billing in the front office

Oversee security protocols and respond to operational challenges

Monitor cash handling and compliance with financial procedures

Support compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or duty manager role within hospitality
