The Role: Dutch-Speaking Resource Consultant / Resource Analyst
This role is highly administrative and research-focused, designed for a meticulous and organised individual who enjoys working with data and candidate sourcing. You will be responsible for populating and optimising a bespoke recruitment platform, conducting competitor mapping, building structured datasets, and engaging candidates through professional outreach. The role aligns with UK business hours and offers the chance to work closely with stakeholders across Europe.
Key Responsibilities

  • Bring 1-3 years experience in recruitment resourcing, talent mapping, or research.
  • Research and map 10-12 competitors across 35-40 branches in the Netherlands and UK.
  • Identify and document branch-level staff such as Branch Managers and Sales Managers.
  • Source and re-engage candidates using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, email, text, and CRM platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and structured datasets, ensuring CRM hygiene and quality reporting.
  • Produce competitor insights and market intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and hiring managers to align talent mapping to business needs.
  • Deliver qualified candidate shortlists while ensuring meticulous data entry and record-keeping.
About You
  • Native-level or C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken).
  • 1-3 years experience in recruitment, resourcing, or market/candidate research.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Skilled at high-volume administration, competitor mapping, and candidate data management.
  • Meticulous, organised, and detail-focused; thrives in repetitive yet precise tasks.
  • Strong written communication skills, with professional outreach via LinkedIn, email, and text.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a hybrid Cape Town setup.
  • Nice to have: Experience across DACH/Benelux/UK recruitment markets; exposure to wholesale/distribution or branch-based industries; additional languages (German or French).
