What You'll Do

As a

Dutch-Speaking Sales Agent

, you'll connect with existing customers to strengthen relationships, prevent cancellations, and uncover new opportunities.

Your key responsibilities include:

Conducting inbound and outbound calls with existing customers. Retaining clients by providing excellent service and preventing cancellations. Upselling and cross-selling new products and services based on customer needs. Keeping detailed and accurate records in our CRM system. Staying informed on the latest products, market trends, and sales strategies. Working collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed targets. Managing customer queries and delivering top-tier support.

What You'll Bring

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) - native fluency preferred. Proven sales experience (inbound, outbound, telesales, or retention). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Confident, results-driven, and target-oriented mindset. Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude. Tech-savvy and comfortable with desktop systems. A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
