Job Outputs:
Trouble shooting and / or solution and / or completion of incidents within SLA.
Escalate incidents to third level support.
Management feedback and reporting upon request

Planning and roll out of a new site.
Hardware and Software Projects as business requirements and SLA.
Workstation set-up ,image set-up and maintenance.
Knowledge: Understanding of all aspects relating to IT Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Servers, Desktops, Security, Telecoms, Microsoft, UNIX); Working and current knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems and MS Shrinkwrap Application; Problem solving skills & Analytical skills; Technological acumen; Project Management Skills (Ability to work in Project Teams); Customer Relations.
