We are looking for a Midweight DTP Designer/Finished Artist to join our Power of ONE team. You love a good CI and can add motion and magic with craft and attention to detail. You know the difference a little kerning and leading can make to type and can turn an average stock image into a winner. • Work with writers and art directors to create integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital media, outdoor, social and in-store.
• Conceptualising, adapting and rolling out various campaign assets for social media, web, out of home and retail according to specified brand and campaign guidelines.
• Animating and editing content; from footage we have shot to supplied global assets.
• A great understanding of typography and visual hierarchy, branding and style consistency.
• Image Editing and Enhancement: Utilise image editing software to retouch, manipulate and enhance visuals for optimal quality and impact within the design layouts.
• Prepress and Print Production: Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct colour profiles, resolution, bleed, and trim marks, and collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
• Digital Publishing: originate, adapt and optimize designs for digital platforms, including mobile, websites, social media, digital outdoor, and traditional print - ensuring responsive and engaging layouts that align with the digital medium's requirements.
• Quality Control: ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free deliverables before final production or distribution.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality design work.
• Be able to work accurately and track time accordingly for daily completion of time sheets.

• 3-5 yearxe2x80x99s experience as a Digital Designer or DTP/Finish Artist
• An up to date portfolio showcasing active brand experience
• Advertising agency experience advantageous
