We are currently seeking a DTC-Paid Media Manager to drive our direct-to-consumer advertising strategy. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer acquisition through innovative and high-performance paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid media strategies for DTC channels, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Oversee and analyze Amazon Ads, providing actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Continuously track and optimize ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates across all advertising efforts.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to generate and test various ad formats, including video and UGC.
• Manage budgets, performance reporting, and attribution models for all paid campaigns.
• Stay informed on the latest platform updates, algorithms, and industry trends to leverage in campaigns.
• Conduct audits on landing pages and customer funnels to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Support potential expansions into platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, and affiliate marketing.
• Regularly present campaign performance analyses and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing DTC paid media campaigns effectively.
• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads and other DTC advertising channels.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various teams.
