Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Driver with a minimum of 3-5 years in the gardening industry. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, strong knowledge of gardening services, and gardening equipment, and the ability to conduct site assessments and quotations. You will be responsible for planning and managing onsite staff, training them on the correct use of gardening equipment, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing gardening teams across sites Meeting client expectations and site targets Compiling reports and overseeing admin tasks Pre-planning and coordinating operations Driving a mobile garden team to different sites
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
