Job Description

Key Accountabilities / Principal Responsibilities:





Primary Duties



Deliveries to customers

Deliveries to customs

Collection of payments

Dispatch and collect mail from various offices

Deliver Claims

Ad hoc duties on request



Secondary Duties





Deliveries to Customers



Plan delivery route

Delivery of daily approved and monthly statements

Delivery of invoices



Delivery to Customs



Deliver and collect at acquittal document and manifests to statutory bodies as required for the client



Dispatch and Collect mail from various offices



Collect all incoming mail items at Various Offices

Sort and dispatch mail to all intended recipient in the office



Ad Hoc Duties



Comply with any legal request as delegated by on-site Facilities Manager.


This may include but will not be limited to:

Renew vehicle licenses for company owned vehicles

Deliver and collect company owned vehicle for services

Vehicle Inspections / Clean Vehicles



It should be noted that, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to perform tasks other than those described herein from time to time.





Prescribed procedures may be amended by management as and when required

Grade 12

Valid driver's licence (Code 08)
