Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Company Driver to provide secure and timely driving services for our staff and company errands. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting personnel and/or deliveries, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, and following all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport staff, clients, and guests to and from destinations as required. Deliver and collect documents, packages, and goods promptly. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and presentability at all times. Perform regular vehicle checks and routine maintenance (oil, tire pressure, fluids). Schedule and ensure timely servicing of vehicles. Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and any incident reports. Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies. Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management immediately.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a driver (corporate or commercial setting preferred). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and road safety regulations. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Physically fit and able to sit and drive for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when necessary.

Desirable Attributes:

Defensive driving training or certification. Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge. Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning apps. Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable. * Polite and courteous demeanor.
