Role Headline

• Drives automobiles to transport organizationxe2x80x99s personnel, visitors or regular deliveries and pick-ups.
• Responsibilities of the Role
• Drives automobiles to transport organizationxe2x80x99s personnel, visitors or deliveries to and from appointments and traveling via the most efficient routes, unless otherwise directed.
• Loading and unloading passengerxe2x80x99s possessions, as required.
• Always comply with road regulations.
• Ensures cleanliness, safety and functionality of vehicles used.
• Be responsible for routine servicing and may perform minor vehicle maintenance such as fueling, checking lights, oil levels, tires, brakes etc.
• Maintains records and produces necessary travel documentation to contribute to service administration.
• Reports maintenance issues and checks work deliveries of repair centers.
• May undertake miscellaneous errands such as courier activities, as directed.
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up to date on road conditions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric /Grade 12
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a corporate driver (Chauffeuring Management)
• Must have a valid drivers license and posses a Professional Driving Permit to transport passengers
• Excellent driving record
