Job Description
Responsibilities:
? Transporting products / materials between various locations.
? Collecting and delivering products / materials to and from local businesses.
? Ensuring documents related to each load is completed correctly.
? Operating trucks in a safe and effective manner.
? Good housekeeping and maintenance of the vehicle.
? Operating mechanical equipment when necessary.
? Ensuring that cargo is secured in the prescribed manner.
? Completing vehicle inspections registers.
? Stand-in for other Drivers.
? Any other reasonable duties which are related or directly impact the designated areas of responsibility or service.
? National Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent
? Valid code EC driver?s license and PrDP
? 2 years' proven work experience as a driver
? Problem and conflict solving skills
? Proven customer service skills will be beneficial
? Able to lift bags of up to 50kg
? Effective communication skills
