Pretoria East

is seeking a reliable and hands-on

Driver/Administrator

to join their professional team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and comfortable balancing driving duties with administrative and light maintenance tasks.

Requirements:




Valid

PDP licence

(Professional Driving Permit) Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience in

stock control and inventory tracking

Strong organisational and time-management skills Presentable, courteous, and discreet when interacting with VIP clients Willingness to perform light maintenance work

Must reside in or near Pretoria East.

Ability to work

overtime

when required. I.E, be at the office at 6 am or work until 6 pm when needed.

Key Responsibilities:




Drive to the post office and manage

DOCEX collections and deliveries.

Transport

VIP clients

in a professional and courteous manner. Purchase office supplies and small equipment.

Issue and sign out stock

, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Perform

general administrative duties

, including data entry in

Excel and Word.

Handle

ad hoc errands

as required. Assist with

basic office maintenance
