Introduction

The Draughter will be assisting in both the Leasing and Maintenance departments with various admin related tasks as well as being responsible for and ensuring that store layouts are consistent throughout and that the Rage brand is maintained.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with regular updates on store floorplans using Revit software Prepare new store designs (drawings) and obtain final approval Assist with office related administration in the Leasing and Maintenance departments Assist with petty cash payments for the internal and external Maintenance Team Assists with procurement of material for new stores where required and follow up that all items are delivered on time Assist the Maintenance Teams to understand the store details, layouts and plans before the store is occupied Assist with Rage signage for stores, obtain landlord approvals and co-ordinate payments Ensure using most cost effective units and solutions when preparing a store Assist in ordering units with suppliers, request quotes and keep accurate records. Assist with organising COC's for stores where requested Assist and complete all required council submissions for new and existing stores, this includes preparing council plans, council documents, review existing fire plans or ensure implementation of fire plans are prepared, and ensure all plans are signed off, collected, submitted and file is opened with the council. Assist and prepare safety files when necessary Assist with any adhoc duties in the Leasing and Maintenance departments based on operational requirements

Desired Experience & Qualification

Excellent technical knowledge of design software e.g. Revit, AutoCAD and Photoshop Creative & passionate about the Rage brand Comprehensive Microsoft office skills are required Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills Able to work well under pressure and produce high quality work

Pay: R60,00 - R80,00 per hour
