Curently recruiting for an Experienced Draughtsman with experience in 3D Drawing and Machine Programming for one of our clients based in Pinetown, Durban.

Responsibilities:

xe2x80x93 Create and develop detailed 3D drawings, models, and schematics in line with project specifications and requirements.

xe2x80x93 Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate them into accurate technical drawings.

xe2x80x93 Proficiently operate computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce high-quality designs that adhere to industry standards (TurboCAD)

xe2x80x93 Utilize your expertise in machine programming to optimize the functionality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

xe2x80x93 Participate in design reviews, offering valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the overall design quality.

xe2x80x93 Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards in all drafting and programming work.

Qualifications:

xe2x80x93 Proven experience as a Draughtsman, demonstrating a strong portfolio of 3D drawing projects.

xe2x80x93 Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., TurboCAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create accurate and visually appealing technical drawings.

xe2x80x93 In-depth knowledge of machine programming, including familiarity with programming languages commonly used in manufacturing environments.

xe2x80x93 A background in mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred, along with a trade or drawing course certification.

xe2x80x93 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise technical drawings.

xe2x80x93 Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address design and programming challenges effectively.

xe2x80x93 Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.

xe2x80x93 Adaptability to evolving project requirements and a proactive approach to continuous learning in the field.

xe2x80x93 Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
