Lumax Energy is a leading manufacturer of solar structures. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative solar mounting solutions to meet the growing demand for renewable energy.
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and plans in support of our projects. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, sales teams, and project managers to translate concepts, quotation and specifications into detailed drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed 2D and/or 3D technical drawings and layouts Revise drawings based on design changes and feedback Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and regulations Maintain organized drawing records and version control Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines Detail steel and concrete structures Prepare fabrication/shop drawings Draft connection details
Preferred Skills
Experience with fabrication/shop drawings Efficiency in documentation control
Software Proficiency
AutoCAD (2D) Inventor (3D)
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Draughting (Non-Negotiable) Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Considerations
Experience in solar mounting systems design and detailing * Experience with project lifecycle management specific to solar projects
