Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking an experienced Customer Service individual with a Code EC1 or EC Licence. We require someone that is Physically fit and able to lift and move around heavy Clinic Equipment.
Permanent vacancy exists for the Donor Attendant/ Driver
Donor Division Department xe2x80x93 Paarl Regional Office (Grade B3)
Purpose of the Job
To maintain an effective flow of the blood donor clinic by:
- assisting with the assembly of the clinic.
- interacting with the donors.
- preparing the donor for donation.
- monitoring the donor during the donation.
- ending the bleeding process
- dealing with adverse reactions
- Transport staff and equipment safely to and from clinics
- Well spoken, well-groomed with good communication skills
- Possess excellent customer service skills and able to deal with the public
- Accuracy in data collection
- Have a friendly disposition and a willingness to xe2x80x9cgo the extra milexe2x80x9d
- Ability to work as part of a team is essential
- Willing to assist with carrying clinic equipment to and from venues
- Previous driving experience is essential
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- A Code EC or EC1 driverxe2x80x99s licence without endorsements and a PrDP
- Computer Literate
- Must have 1-year experience in driving (towing a trailer /caravan)
- The working hours are variable, shift work including weekends.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is required
- Residing in the Paarl area
