Well established brokerage are on the search for an expereinced Short Term Insurance Administrator. This role is ideal for an individual with both underwriting and domestic claims experience who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to grow and learn within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer domestic short-term insurance policies
• Assist with underwriting functions, including policy amendments, renewals, and cover verification
• Handle domestic claims administration from notification through to settlement
• Liaise with brokers, clients, assessors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with policy wording, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client communication
• Provide efficient and professional service at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in short-term insurance administration
• Underwriting and claims exposure on domestic policies (essential)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer literate with good attention to detail
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
