Requirements:
BTech or BCom in Document Management, Records Management, Archiving, or similar
Basic understanding of document control principles
Exposure to digital document systems and MS Office
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and confidentiality
Key duties include:
Assisting with filing, indexing, archiving, and retrieval of documents
Maintaining document registers, metadata, and version control
Supporting audits, compliance checks, and retention schedules
Using DMS/EDRMS systems and basic AI tools (OCR, tagging, search)
Assisting with scanning, digitisation, and document migration projects
Supporting internal teams with document-related queries
