Job Description
Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Proven proficiency in "Microsoft Word" skills, with the ability to create complex document templates.
- The capability to produce work that meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- A portfolio that highlights your skill in developing functional and visually appealing document templates.
- Own Reliable Transport and Valid Drivers Licence.
- Tables: Creating and formatting tables to enhance document structure.
- Styles: Applying consistent and appropriate styles for a professional look.
- Numbering: Managing numbering and bullet points for organized content.
- Headers & Footers: Designing headers and footers for branding and navigation.
- Paragraph Formatting: Ensuring consistent and visually appealing paragraph layouts.
- Word Merge: Utilizing mail merge to efficiently personalize documents.
- Word Functions: Harnessing the power of advanced functions within Word.
- Document Security: Implementing security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Template Creation: Designing templates for efficient document production.
