Your responsibilities

The Document Controller (DC) is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documentation through the project lifecycle while taking full responsibility for all applicable project documentation. The DC will fulfil these tasks within the requirements of the scope of project as defined by the purchase order / contract with the client.
Control the numbering, filing in DMS with all defined metadata, distribution, tracking, reporting, retrieval of documents, compilation of data and documentation sets etc. produced by technical teams, suppliers, projects or departments while pro-actively tracking document workflows and reporting on delays and concerns.
The DC take overall responsibility for the accuracy and completion of the project documentation in the SAP DMS system.
Your profile

Education
Matric, post matric qualification will be an added advantage. The candidate must be computer literate and must have previous
experience with Word and Excel. Preference will be given to
applicants with prior experience in SAP DMS Document Control
system.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years as a Document Controller within a turnkey project
execution environment.
