POSITION OVERVIEW:We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and professional Doctor Detailing Representatives to join our dynamic national team. • Promote and detail companys prescription products to general practitioners, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and medical staff.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with healthcare providers within your territory.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, indications, and correct usage in line with industry regulations and company guidelines.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
• Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
• Attend training, meetings, conferences, and workshops as required.
• Accurately maintain customer records and submit regular reports via CRM systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education:A tertiary qualification in a health or life science field is essential. (Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Physiology, etc.)Experience:

• No experience required full training will be provided for graduates.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or doctor detailing will be a strong advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Highly organized with good time management skills.

Other Requirements:

• Must have a valid South African drivers license.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within the allocated region.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
