Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic and operational activities of the Wire Products Division, including Vanderbijlpark, QwaQwa and Parow Factories. This executive role ensures optimal productivity, efficiency, quality and profitability across the Wire Products Divisions. The incumbent will drive operational excellence through structured planning, strong leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Management
- Strategic and Compliance Management
- Quality Assurance and Compliance Accountability
- Customer and Supplier Engagement
- Financial Oversight
- Reporting and Governance
- Safety and Environment Management
- People, Human Resource Processes and Team Management
Minimum Education
- BCom Business Management degree
- Post Graduate degree advantageous
- 8 - 10 years experience in a wire manufacturing environment
- Marketing and Sales experience
