Duties & Responsibilities
Translate Group HR strategy into a divisional People Plan aligned to business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the TCHS CEO and Exco on workforce trends, talent risks, and culture.
Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Oversee employee relations, compliance, and union engagement across multiple sites.
Champion employee experience, engagement, and Tsebo's High-Performance Service Culture.
Drive transformation, diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Ensure HR operational excellence, digitisation, and governance standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field (Honors/Master's preferred).
10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior HR leadership.
Strong HR leadership in services or labour-intensive environments.
