Job Description
Qualifications required:
- Bachelors Degree in Financial Accounting, Financial Management or similar accounting related field of study.
- Post Graduate or Honours Degree is advantageous.
- At least 4 - 5 years experience as a Finance Manager or similar financial management position.
- People management and leadership experience is critical.
- Strong people skills are required.
- Financial, risk and strategic analysis experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on leader, mentor and coach.
- Manage the full financial accounting function.
- Manage the divisional finance team and support the CFO.
- Financial analysis.
- Analyse practices and processes.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Financial and operations management.
- Financial reporting.
- Budgets and forecasts.
- Tax calcs and submissions.
