The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning financial planning, compliance, and strategy to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for the Distribution Centre.
- Delivers accurate, insightful financial reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identifies financial risks, manages costs, and drives operational efficiencies.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and executive teams to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
- Champions a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation within the finance function.
- Chartered Accountant CA (SA) with over 12 years' experience in senior finance roles.
- Demonstrated leadership in financial operations, risk management, and business strategy.
- Deep expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial modelling.
- In-depth knowledge of financial legislation, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
- A resilient, adaptable decision-maker who thrives in high-pressure environments.
