Distribution Sales Executive
Job Description
Global concern is seeking a Distribution Sales Executive to join their team on a contractual basis with the possibility of extension after June 2024.
The Sales Executive owns and is responsible for driving sales revenue and profitability for the all categories within Devices & Creativity. He / She creates retail & channel strategy that optimizes the consumer journey and experiences for our partners to drive our share, revenue, and category profit while building consumer preference for their products.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Planning xe2x80x93 20%
- Create strategic business objectives & influence assortment & merchandising
- Create revenue, promotion & assist in marketing planning across all consumer touch points.
Sales & Marketing xe2x80x93 50%
- Own the Revenue (sales) and execute in order to overachieve annual budgets of revenue & profitability.
- Influence partners (Distributor & Retailers) with category expertise in parallel with the product business groups
- Drive the sales motion across channels.
Analysis & Insight- 15%
- Assess industry & market trends & understand the consumer.
- Extensive product knowledge of both the company and competitors
- Share insights & contribute effectively to regular ROB (Rhythm of Business).
Business Operational Excellence- 15%
- Create forward demand plans for the market and update on the required tools.
- Promotion plans & ensure all programs are implemented as per strategy.
- Demonstrate creativity and entrepreneurial behavior
Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant consumer experience in Sales ideally at other devices companies (e.g. Apple, Samsung).
- Proven success at business building (business/channel development, entrepreneur)
- Retailer buyer experience and functional depth (marketing, channels, partner-focused)
- Relevant qualification
