Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Relationship Management
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
+ Regularly engage distributors through meetings, joint sales calls, and strategic planning sessions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
+ Define and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
+ Identify growth opportunities within distributor accounts and lead commercial negotiations.
Channel Development & Support
+ Recruit and onboard new distributors where needed to expand market reach.
+ Provide tools, training, and ongoing support to help distributors succeed.
Marketing & Promotions
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
+ Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all distributor touchpoints.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
+ Track distributor performance using CRM and sales reporting tools.
+ Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Present findings to leadership.
Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence
+ Visit key end customers with distributors to understand needs and drive demand.
+ Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
Compliance & Brand Representation
+ Ensure distributors represent the brand in accordance with company values and standards.
+ Support compliance with applicable commercial and regulatory requirements.
All Other Reasonable Duties as Assigned


Key Skills & Competencies



Channel Sales Management:

Proven ability to manage and grow a network of distributors.

Relationship Building:

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with external partners.

Commercial Acumen:

Skilled in pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.

Marketing Execution:

Experience in coordinating marketing efforts with channel partners.

Communication:

Effective presenter and communicator, able to represent the brand professionally.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and draw actionable insights.

Travel Flexibility:

Comfortable with regular regional travel to support distributors.
