Job Description





To efficiently manage and control all operational activities of the Dispensary, including safe and responsible stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping and administration in line with manufacturing company standards. Manage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned Dispensary staff adherence to Good Pharmacy Practice, legislation and Standard Operating Procedures.




Key Job Outputs




Collection of document from QA department Ordering of raw materials from Warehouse (as per BPR) Issuing of the raw materials to the batch Returning unusual raw materials to the Warehouse Checking and ensuring that all the records are maintain and up to date Generating reports (e.g. expired stock, damaged stock, Incident reports, etc.) Ensure daily stock count/cycle counts are conducted Ensure all orders timeously ready for dispensing Ensure stock rotation is adhered to at all times and issued accordingly (First Expiry First Out) Run reports for inventory going in and out movements Manage and maintain all moving equipment in dispensary Manage and control time and attendance of subordinates. Manage all dispensary staff. Transferring damaged and expired stock to specific sub-inventory with necessary documents. Ensure GMP is maintained by ensuring that good housekeeping, safety regulations are adhered to Responsible for the safety of self and has an awareness of safety of all others Development and management of SLA's with other department Seeking approvals in accordance with the company's authority matrix Adheres to the policies and procedures of the Company Liaising with the buyers and ensuring that stock procurement is performed within the required standards at optimum costs to minimize write-offs Supportive Orientation / Interpersonal Awareness/Empathy


Diploma in Operations Management/ Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent Technical aptitude 2 - 8 Year's Pharmaceutical experience Experience in dispensing raw material for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company Quality Control experience & Manufacturing/Production experience is preferred Sound knowledge of GMP procedures/standards Previous staff management experience essential Must be able to work on ORACLE
