As a Dispatch/Loading Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate dispatch of stock to our stores, contributing to the seamless flow of operations. Minimum Requirements

Diploma in Transportation or relevant DC-related qualification. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Proven supervisory experience. In-depth knowledge of relevant systems, policies, processes, and procedures. Computer literate with excellent communication skills. Strong team leadership and collaboration abilities. Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail. Accurate and timely reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive and execute planned loads from demand plan coordinators. Coordinate with Picking Supervisor to oversee the picking process. Hand reach-truck documents to drivers for efficient bulk item picking. Verify physical stock against picking documents, ensuring no damaged or expired items. Generate labels for stock and organize orders by destination. Liaise with drivers to coordinate delivery schedules. Oversee the loading process, ensuring correct forklift handling. Manage documents for IBT processing and supervise sign-offs. Capture dispatched items on the GLS System. Supervise Dispatch Clerks and Forklift Drivers: Oversee workflow, ensuring efficient operations. Demonstrate excellent time management skills. * Provide leadership and support to the dispatch team.
