Job Summary Dispatch Supervisor - HOEDSPRUIT Salary: R8000 per month Application Deadline: 1 March 2026 Qualifications & Experience o Grade 12 or equivalent o Diploma or short course in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred) o Short course in Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent o Short course in Transportation and Logistics o BRC/HACCP awareness o PPECB inspection and sampling procedure training o Health & Safety, First Aid awareness o Management/Mentoring and Team Leader Training for Supervisors o Internal audit and corrective action processes o Packhouse experience will be an advantage Key Accountability Areas o Prevent operational downtime caused by departmental errors, PPECB delays, and productivity issues; ensure timely support for inspections, market changes, and production adjustments o Maintain low absenteeism rates o Prevent truck overloads by applying correct loading patterns, weight distribution, and compliance with legal load limits o Ensure efficient loading/dispatch for truck turnaround below 4 hours o Maintain strict communication with PPECB to ensure all EU line inspections are completed o Ensure quality control through accurate load outs to reduce export claims, inland rejections, and overseas quality claim value o Ensure correct loading patterns with evenly distributed and verified loads o Ensure pallet age remains within protocol limits o Conduct training and development on outbound procedures.
