Job Description
Our Client in the Glenwood area, in the Shipping Industry is seeking a Disbursement/Accounting Clerk for a 6 month fixed term contract.
Duties include:
- Finalising Disbursement Accounts
- Attach the finalised Disbursement Accounts, that have been couriered
- Creating and processing invoices and updating information onto the system.
- Assist with operating the switchboard and answering the intercom.
Matric
Previous experience in the field of accounting / Recon experience Previous shipping experience
Previous experience in Pastel
